- Mission and Installation Contracting Command, Regional Contracting Center-Fort Bragg, North Carolina intends to award, on a sole source basis in accordance with 10 USC 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, a contract to Automated Business Power, Inc., 7611-J Rickenbacker Drive, Gaithersburg, MD 20879 for Two (2) Integrated 2 Transceiver Communication Cases with removable lids and dual 75 watts Watt multi-band SINCGARS/VHF-UHF LOS and SATCOM amplification. Uninterruptible AC/DC power system. Supports 2 AN-PRC-117F/PSC-5 operations. Including 1 6N-HEAS-3, 2 AUC-1, 1 DCC-2, 1 SLV-2, AC and DC input cables and manual. This is not a request for Competitive Proposals. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. If you feel your firm possesses the ability to provide these supplies, you must respond by demonstrating your firms technical capability to meet the requirement. If no affirmative written response is received, the supplies will be awarded without further notice.
