- NSN: 6160-01-384-3922, Battery Box Cover. Pre-solicitation notice issued to establish a Firm Fix Price Indefinite Quantity Contract with base and four (4) options years. The guaranteed minimum for the base year is 1,020 each. The annual estimated quantity is 4,080 for the base and option years. The maximum annual contract quantity is 8,160 for base and option years. This is a Service Disable Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside procurement (SDVOSV). Only offers from SDVOSB businesses will be accepted. Approved source is IAW Drawing NR 19207, 12339010, Amend NR B, DTD March 07, 2003. This part is use on the Truck, Vehicle System, 1 ¼ Ton (HMMWV). Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Delivery: 135 days ARO or best available. FOB is at Destination and Inspection/Acceptance at Destination will be required. This is a Critical Application Item. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. The anticipated solicitation issue date is August 20, 2008 and the anticipated closing date is September 22, 2008. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https:// www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requesters.
