- The Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) intends to award a sole source contract for Information Technology Equipment to augment support the processing of incoming data to COPAN Systems. All interested parties have 15 days from the publication date of this announcement to submit a statement of qualification/capabilities. All responses should reference control number 288/0054Z/08. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations/proposals. Information submitted is solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct the planned procurement on a full and open competitive basis. Any response to this notice MUST show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Responses should be submitted via e-mail to arlie.shelton@dia.mil. Vendors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to be considered for award of a contract with this agency. A determination by DIA contracting office not to compete this planned procurement on a full and open competitive basis is solely within the discretion of the DIA contracting office.
