- Regional Contracting Center McPherson intends to award a contract action to extend the OPTARSS program on a sole source basis under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1)FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(B). Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The purpose of this contract is to provide operational, planning, technology and resource services support. This action will result in a contract extension for five months of service. This Notice of Intent to issue a sole source contract action is not a request for competitive proposals. There is no solicitation document. No RFP will be available for competitive proposals.
