- Description
- The effort is to execute a Service Life Extension Program. Several components shall have changes made to their designs in order to insure extended Rader service life ans supportability. The program shall also address obsolete part issues, improve reliability, and reduce power output. The Period of Performance shall be a total of 54 months: An 18-month Basic Period with three 12-month option periods. A sole source contract will be issued to DRS Sustainment Systems Inc, 201 Evans Lane, St. Louis, MO, 63121-1128, Cage Code: 98255. Authority 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements or rights are not owned by the Government, or, where owned, cannot be made available to other sources.
