- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SEEKS LEASED OFFICE SPACE IN ACCOMAC/EXMORE, VA Reference #: 7VA2016 The United States Government seeks to lease first floor contiguous office space within the Exmore or Accomac, Virginia area. The space offered must yield a minimum of 4,330 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet to a maximum of 4,786 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet. The proposed space must be located within two (2) blocks of public transportation, and within one of the two following delineated areas: Accomac, VA. North: Mary N. Smith Rd South: Dogwood Road East: Lankford Hwy, Texaco Town Rd/Forest St, Caroline Ave, Pennsylvania Ave/Church Rd/Front St until Mary N. Smith Rd. West: Parsons Rd, Greenbush Rd, Fairgrounds Rd, Market St, Hill St, Savageville Rd. Exmore, VA North: From the Chesapeake Bay on the west side to Shields Bridge Rd/Kings St, Savagetown Rd to Seaside Rd. South: Oakland Drive, Lankford Hwy, Brickhouse Drive, Bayside Rd, TB Rd, Wardtown Rd, Occohannock Neck Rd, Miles Wharf Rd. to the Chesapeake Bay East: Seaside Road West: Chesapeake Bay The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than November 15, 2009. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Life Safety and Handicapped Accessibility..
