Description: The U.S. Government Printing Office (GPO) has a requirement to procure recycled 28-pound Newsprint Paper for the printing of the Federal Register and Congressional Record. GPO produces approximately 7,400 copies of the Federal Register and 4,400 copies of the Congressional on a daily basis. The period of performance includes a three-year base period and two one-year option periods. The estimated quantity for the 3-year base period is approximately 15 million pounds. The solicitation may be downloaded from this site. No copes will be mailed.
