Description
Janitorial Services shall be provided as described on the Schedule of Services for the Bureau of Reclamation Animas LaPlata Construction Office located at 103 Everett St., Durango, Colorado and Inspection Compound located at 4861 C. R. 211, Durango, Colorado. The contract consists of cleaning the Administration Building and five (5) Inspection Trailers. The Office space includes approximately 4,000 square feet of office space with: a. 10 Private Officesb. One Conference Roomc. Reception Aread. Copy/file Room and Break Areae. Three Restrooms One Pumping Plant Field Trailer, (24 x 60) is located one quarter of a mile from the 103 Everett Office at 7073 County Road 211, Durango, Colorado. This office trailer is also used by field employees and very muddy from foot traffic The Inspection Compound Consists of four (4) Trailer Houses: a.Single-wide trailer (20 x 60)b.Single-wide trailer (14 x 66)c.Single-wide trailer (14 x 70)d.Double-wide trailer (24 x 60) The inspection compound is located at 4861 C.R. 211, Durango, Colorado which is approximately 8 miles from the office located at 103 Everett. The road leading to the compound is partially paved with approx 3 miles gravel. The office trailers facilitate field employees and are very muddy from foot traffic. SCOPE The services specified in the Schedule of Services shall be performed by the contractor in accordance with the requirements of the work statement. The contractor will furnish all labor, equipment, and cleaning supplies necessary to perform the needed service. All paper supplies, i.e. toilet paper and paper towels will be provided by the government along with hand soap. WORKING HOURS AND SCHEDULES Regular cleaning activities for the Administration buildings shall be performed daily after 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Cleaning of the Office Trailers shall be performed once per week, on Saturday or Sunday. The contractor shall arrange his/her work so as not to cause interference with normal operation of government business. All work schedules deviating from the hours listed herein shall be submitted to and approved by the Contracting Officer's Technical Representative. This contract covers the period of October 1, 2008 through September 30, 2009. The government can cancel, in whole or part, at anytime.
