- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as Request for Quotation #RFQ-21705-0014-08. The North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) is 333294 (Food Service Machinery Manufacter) and the small business size standard is 500 employees. This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The Government intends to make a single award to the responsive/responsible quoter who submits the lowest-priced technically acceptable offer. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations have the right to submit quotes equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP), Federal Correctional Institution (FCI), Contracting Office, located at 655 Fairton-Millville Road, Fairton, New Jersey, 08320 is requesting quotations for parts for Retherm ovens. All parts are for use with Servolift / Fed Rethermalization cart. Model MTRS-72-6, 480 / 60 / 3, 6 AMPs. All parts are to be delivered to Federal Detention Center (FDC) located at 700 Arch Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, 19105. FOB Destination. SCHEDULE OF ITEMS AND SPECIFICATIONS: 1. Controller, MTRS All Units (20 each) 2. Blower, Motor 480V 3PH (20 each) 3. 5 AMP fuses (60 each) 4. 3 AMP fuses (40 each) All parts are for use with Servolift / Fed Rethermalization cart. Model MTRS-72-6, 480 / 60 / 3, 6 AMPs *ALL prices must be quoted FOB DESTINATION. Delivery is required within 30 days of award.* EVALUATION FACTORS: The Government intends to make a single award, to the lowest technically acceptable offeror meeting the required specifications. Offerors are to provide a copy of FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items, with their quote. This provision is available to the offeror online at http://orca.bpn.gov. All payments will be made via electronic transfer. All offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to receiving any award. NO exceptions will be made.
