- PR No: IQC08205009023; This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for a Detector Metallic P. This solicitation is for award of an indefinite quantity contract. The solicitation has a base year and four option years. The OEM is Eaton Aerospace (cage 97484)). There is one OEM approved sources of supply: Sikorsky Aircraft (cage 78286) The NSN, Part Number, and Annual Estimated Quantities (AEQ) are as follows: 2995-01-236-5097; P/N’s: 1C1878 & 70358-06618-103, AEQ = 120 Base Year, 120 Option Years; and Maximum Qty = 180 Base Year and 180 Option Years. Delivery: FOB Destination, 116 days ARO. Specifications, Plans or Drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated issue dated is on or about 02 Sept 2008. The anticipated award date is 05 Dec 2008. Reference notes 22, 23 and 26.
