- The Deschutes National Forest anticipates advertising for a contract to upgrade the existing water system at the Pringle Falls Experimental Forest near LaPine, OR. Work includes: the demolition of the existing pumphouse, foundation and underground tank; construction of a new pumphouse; replacement of submersible pump and motor; installation of control panel. The RFQ and associated specifications will be posted to this site around August 15 with quotes due 3 weeks later. Work is expected to commence September 19 with work completed 90 days later. The estimated construction magnitude is $25,000 - $100,000.
