- THE POINT OF CONTACT FOR THIS PROCUREMENT IS ELSA GONZALEZ, TELEPHONE (310) 725-7499.SIR Description: This is a small business set-asideThe Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Western Service Area, Los Angeles, CA has a requirement to replace the existing boilers, associated piping, pumps and electrical/controls at the Los Angeles International Air Traffic Control Tower in Los Angeles, CA. Contractor must provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment and services. Work includes but is not limited to the following: Replace two existing Bryan AB200 heating water boilers. Replace two Aurora heating water pumps or equal. Replace two differential pressure gages serving each of aforementioned pumps. Provide necessary material and labor to change if necessary, piping, electrical, insulation and flue in order to connect new boiler and pumps. Contractor will be given 60 days for long lead-time items. Award will be based on the best value to the FAA considering total costs, past performance/experience, technical capabilities and cost realism. The contractor must have successfully completed similar projects both in dollar and scope. Vendors must complete and submit the attached Business Declaration Form. Contractors must have an active registration in the CCR before contract award can be made. Contractors can register at: www.ccr.gov The work will be performed in strict accordance with the specifications and contract provisions under the subject contract. Award of a firm-fixed-price contract is being contemplated to a responsible offeror who submits the responsive offer to this requirement.
