- Dyess Air Force Base wishes to contract for Chemical Latrines. This solicitation is 100% set aside for small business concerns as a competitive acquisition. If there is an after hour point of contact, please include in quote. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 562991 and the small business size standard is $6 million. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). All responsive small business offerors will be considered by the agency. The entire solicitation will be made available on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) Web Site at https://www.fbo.gov. Copies will not be available. You may download the solicitation once the solicitation is posted, on or about 01 Aug 2008; it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents.
