- The solicitation for this project will be posted to FedBizOpps on or about August 14, 2008 with bids due on September 10, 2008. The estimated cost for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. This project is located on the Heppner Ranger District of the Umatilla National Forest. Work consists of removing barbed and woven wire and replacing with 3 barbed wire rockjack and steel "T" posts for approximately 5 miles. Right-of-way clearing is part of this project.
