- Previously synopsized under RFP No. N62478-08-R-2339. Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract For Towing And Recovery Services, Various Locations, Oahu, Hawaii. The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, management, tools, materials, equipment, facilities, transportation, incidental engineering, and other items necessary to provide towing and recovery services. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 488410 and the annual size standard is $6.5 Million. The contract term will be a base period of one year plus four option years. Only the base period of the contract will offer a minimum guarantee. The total term of the contract, including all options, will not exceed 60 months. The Government will not synopsize the options when exercised. This contract will replace a contract for similar services awarded in 2006 for $71,377.80 maximum (indefinite quantity) per year. The contract requirements will be performance-based service contracting, where the Contractor shall have full responsibility to perform the services using their own and industry best practices and processes to ensure that specified outcomes are achieved. We will include information about the contract and the incumbent contractor (e.g., value of last option exercised, firm name, address, etc.) with the solicitation package. We do not require requests under the Freedom of Information Act for this information. Offerors can view and/or download the solicitation at https://www.neco.navy.mil/ when it becomes available. All interested offerors shall register at the website. No notice of solicitation activity will be provided to interested offerors. The proposed contract listed here is 100 percent small business set-aside. The Government will only accept offers from small business concerns. The solicitation utilizes source selection procedures which require offerors to submit a technical and price proposal for evaluation by the Government. Proposal receipt date is approximate.
