- Description
- The Naval Oceanographic Office, Stennis Space Center, MS intends to solicit and award, on a full and open competitive basis, a firm fixed price purchase order for 1 each Hydrographic CTD winch, as set forth in the Salient Characteristics. This action is conducted with a 100% small business set-aside using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) in accordance with FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR 13 Simplified Acquisitions Procedures. The applicable NAICS is 333923 with a business size of 500 employees. All quotes shall be in accordance with the attached Salient Characteristics. Interested parties should independently review the website frequently for updates to any/all documents. Potential offerors are responsible for downloading the solicitation and/or amendments (if any). Paper copies of the solicitation will not be issued. This synopsis is published as a request for competitive offers. Any inquiries concerning this requirement are to be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer.
