- Description
- The Fleet Readiness Center East, MCAS, Cherry Point, NC has a requirement for the servicing of approximately 50 hydronic systems, which includes twenty three (23) closed loops and consisting of 15 cold water closed loops (CCL) and 8 hot water closed loops (HCL). In addition, there are nineteen (19) open loop (OL) cooling tower systems. The contractor shall furnish and add chemicals to the existing chemical feed equipment on each system. Chemicals shall be added to the systems as required to maximize system cooling efficiency and minimize potential damage to the systems and process equipment due to cooling water conditions. The period of performance is 01 Oct 2008 thru 30 Sep 2009 with provision for four (4) one-year option periods. The NAICS code is 221310 with a size standard of $6.0 million.
