- AFDW/A7K-S is seeking to acquire maintenance of a liquid chromatograph/mass spectrometer (LC/MS) instrument to include coverage for parts, labor and travel for remedial repair for a 12 month period (11 September 2008 - 10 September 2009). The LC/MS maintenance will cover maintenance of a mass spectrometer instrument, peak generator, and a binary pump. The service provider shall: quarantee a priority response time of two business days after receipt of a call provide two preventative maintenance visits for the Q trap and Peak Generator and one preventative maintenance visit for the binary pump provide priority telephone and e-mail access for technical support Currently, this acquisition is being designated as a sole source and will be awarded pursuant to FAR 6.302-1. However, we request interested parties to provide information as to their capabilities and experience in providing similar services to the points of contact listed below not later than 7 August 2008 in order for the government to develop a course of action. Maintenance coverage is scheduled to begin 11 September 2008. This Sources Sought does not constitute a solicitation for proposals.
