- Offerors shall submit a signed copy of Amendment 0001 with their quote to the SWRMC point of contact no later than 0900 (Pacific), Aug 4, 2008. Subject solicitation is amended as follows: 1. The DESCRIPTION is revised as follows: Contract Line Item No. 0001 is to provide a rental of hydrolance rig for the USS JEFFERSON CITY (SSN-759) from 8/05/08-9/30/08. Two hydrolance rigs are required from 8/05/08-8/30/08 and one hydrolance rig from 9/01/08-9/30/08. 2. Replace statement of work entitled 2 HYDROLANCE RIGS dated 30 JUL 2008 with the revised statement of work entitled HYDROLANCE RIGS dated 01 AUG 2008, attached.
