Description

The work covered under this specification consists of furnishing all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, incidentals, and related items to separate wells located at Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore, in accordance with the specification. This contract is reserved for "emerging small businesses" and shall be awarded pursuant to Public Law 100-656, Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The code for this contract is 238220-Plumbing Contractors. To qualify for this contract, Contractors shall have an annual revenue no greater than $7 million. The magnitude of this construction contract is "separate one well into two wells" and the estimated price range is "less than $25,000". Contractors submitting quotes must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration at www.ccr.gov and at the On-Line Representations and Certifications at www.orca.bpn.gov.
