- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ). Submit written offers (oral offers will not be accepted), on RFQ F2U2030151A001 his solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-14 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. This procurement is being issued as Small Business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 315299 and the size standard of 500 employees applies to this procurement.
