- Work to be performed shall consist of furnishing all materials, equipment, supplies, labor and transportation, including fuel, power and water, to perform all work in strict accordance with the terms and conditions outline in Pine Bluff Arsenals Equipment Technical Performance Specification TS-2008-ET-03 for Fire Suppression System, Building 31-640. Work to include but not limited to providing PBA with a complete fire detection/suppression system, removal of part of the existing system, installation of an automatic deluge/wet sprinkler system, all components shall be FM approved, fabrication, etc. F.O.B. Destination Pine Bluff Arsenal, Arkansas 71602-9500, to be issued o/a 08/15/08 and close o/a 9/14/08 This acquisition is being issued under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, NAICS CODE 238220/13M. Any contract awarded as a result of this Solicitation W911RP-05 R-0046 will be a firm fixed price contract.
