- This Contract requires two (2) U.S. flag tugs to provide harbor support services and ship handling for the Port Hueneme, CA area. This contract is for all tug requirements of the required Shaft Horsepower (SHP) or bollard pull that cannot be satisfied with government owned, controlled or time-chartered tugs. The actual work may vary considerably from the schedule of estimates contained herein.
