Description
REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 8,164 rentable square feet yielding 7,099 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet of contiguous office and related space in Manati, Puerto Rico. Space must be situated within the following delineated area: North - PR #22, de Diego Expressway South - PR #670 West - PR #22 to PR #685 to PR #2 to PR #668 to PR #670 East - PR #670 to Bucare St. to PR #2 to Cantera Community four streets up to PR #22 A minimum of fourteen (14) surface parking spaces are required. Public transportation and public parking must be located within ½ mile of the site. First floor, (single floor) contiguous space is preferred and must meet the Federal Government's standards for fire safety and handicapped accessibility, and be located outside a 100-year floodplain. Secure office space and facilities in an office building, fully serviced and altered to Government specifications are required. It is a requirement that overall dimensions of the space have a maximum length to width ratio of 2 to 1. All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Space must be ready for occupancy on or before September 1, 2010. Lease term is ten (10) years, five (5) years firm. Brokers or agents may represent the prospective landlord, but any properties or proposals submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized to represent the building's ownership. If you desire to submit a location for inspection, please forward information by 5:00 PM EDT, August 15, 2008. Expressions of interest should include building name and address, location of space in the building, and rentable square feet offered.
