- PR 0017477822. This solicitation will request a firm fixed price for a quantity of 100 each of NSN 1680-01-539-1861, a Universal Joint; a 100% option provision will be included. Requested terms will be FOB destination, Inspection/Acceptance at origin, 213 days ARO. First Article Testing will be required. This is a source controlled item with two approved manufacturing sources. An Export Control drawing will be available for certified vendors. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about August 18, 2008. A copy of the solicitation will be available via DIBBS at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
