- This acquisition is for non-personal services, Medical Transcription Services, for the Patient Administration Division located at Brooke Army Medical Center, Fort Sam Houston, TX. The contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, training, supervision, and other items of services. This acquisition will be processed under Commercial Item Procedures for a 12 month period performance with four twelve month option periods. This procurement is 100% set aside for small business. See Note 1. The North American Industry Standard (NAICS) is 561410. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered. Solicitation will be issued on or about 05 Aug 08 and will be available at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/gov_personnel_main.cfm. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be issued and telephone requests or fax requests for this solicitation will not be accepted.
