Description

SUBCONTRACTS: The predominant production function of this contract is offset printing. Any bidder who cannot perform this function, in its entirety, at the same facility will be declared non-responsible. The provisions of Article 6, "Subcontracts," of Contract Clauses in GPO Contract Terms (Pub. 310.2), are modified to permit subcontracting of the DVD replication, DVD disc imagery printing, and Digipak assembly and packaging. These specifications set forth the requirements for the printing, finishing, packing, labeling and delivery of two different items printing in four-color process and black ink only with no blanks. These specifications additionally cover the replication of Digital Versatile Discs-Read Only Memory (DVD-ROM) from a pre-mastered Government furnished DVD-ROM and offset litho "picture disc" printing of title imagery on DVD discs.
