- The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to issue a purchase order on a sole source basis to the Hackett Group, 1117 Perimeter Center West STE N 500, Atlanta, GA 30338 for a one year membership renewal with the Procurement Executive Advirory and the Purchase to Pay Advisory for the periods of 08/19/2008 through 08/18/2009. Membership includes unlimited access to searchable online portal, which includes: •Research: an up-to-the-minute library of unbiased research reports based on Hackett data •Client tools and presentations: extensive library of materials from past Hackett conferences, forums, summits and webcasts •Inquiry submission capabilities: Hackett advisors respond to your specific questions with unbiased, confidential answers •Best Practice Intelligence Center: oA comprehensive repository of Hackett intellectual property, offering more then 1,800 best practices based on our study of world-class organizations. The only source of empirically proven best practices for enterprise SG&A performance, Hackett’s Best Practices Intelligence Center helps executives reduce risk, speed time-to-benefit, and enhance return on investment for enterprise-wide transformation initiatives oOne-click access to best practices, quick wins, process taxonomy, performance metrics, research and events associated with each Advisory Program oDetailed implementation considerations for each best practice provide associated risk and mitigation strategies. All responsible sources who can provide the above requirement shall submit written quotation no later than 15 calendar days from the posted date of this announcement. Organizations submitting quotes should address the cost of membership fee and a description of the services/materials the fee includes: service (and related costs) that are available but not limited to membership fee; listing of reference materials maintained by the organization (research and completed studies); description of corporate history, mission, and organizational membership. Quote should include resume of the proposed on site contract/research manager and at least three (3) corporate references, Federal Tax ID Number and Duns number if available. Award will be based on price and other factors. All quotes shall include price(s); FOB point: a POC (name and telephone number); GSA contract number if applicable; business size and payment terms. All Treasury contractors are required to be registered in the DOD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to receipt of award. Quotes over 10 pages in total will not be accepted by facsimile. If no responses are received, award will be made to Corporate Executive Board.
