- The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following: 1) FTIR Spectrometer system, which includes the following: Standard Spectrometer, part number V80, NIR II Spectral Range, part number W402/8, Alternative Detector Positions, part number W105/Z, and Emission Ports, part number W121/ZSE (Quantity - 1 each). This requirement is sole sourced to Bruker Optics, Inc. due to unique capability of this system being the only available system with the required wavelength specification in a single unit. Any firms believing that they can provide the material may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, clearly showing its ability to do so without compromising the quality, accuracy, and reliability of the data or without causing programmatic hardship to the program.
