METHOD OF SUPPORT IS HEADBAND RATHER THAN CABLE OR SPATULA TEMPLES This solicitation is being issued to establish an indefinite delivery purchase order (IDPO), The estimated Annual quantity is 11516 each; Various Increments Solicited will be 7000 – 8499, 8500 – 9,999, 10,000 – 14,999, 15,000 – 16,499 This is full and open competition I/A/W ANSI Z87.1 BASIC DTD 06 OCT 07 AMEND NR TYPE NUMBER: The government is estimating delivery of this item to be 60 days. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on or around its issue date of August 5, 2008 and is a total small business set-aside. Please pay special attention to clause I13D02, Indefinite Delivery Order (IDPO) Contract "Notice to All Contractors: In a final rule contained in the Federal Acquisition Circular 01-26 (Item 1, FAR Case 2002-24) published in the Federal Register on December 20, 2004, the Federal Acquisition Regulation was amended to require offerors to submit representations and certification electronically via the Business Partner Network.
