- Description
- The Office of Naval Research (ONR) intends to award a sole source purchase order using simplified acquisition procedures to the University of Florida, Office of Engineering Research. The purchase order will procure a membership in the Industry/University Cooperative Research Centers (I/UCRC) program for the NSF Center for High-Performance Reconfigurable Computing (CHREC). The membership shall provide ONR with a variety of benefits and services to include: (a) annual voting for selection of research projects, (b) continuing interactions and influence on center research projects via faculty and students, (c) early special access to all results and publications from projects of the center, and (d) attendance at members-only comprehensive workshops held every six months. The period of performance will be for one year. The intent of this notice is for informational purposes only, and is not a request for competitive quotations; no solicitation will be issued.
