- In the following sources sought synopsis, VAMC Fayetteville, Arkansas, seeks potential sources for a government acquisition to provide all labor, materials and equipment to complete a fully functioning wireless personal panic alarm system (also known as an emergency call system, man down alarm system, duress system, or personal emergency response system). The complete system must provide a minimum of 95 personal alarm transmitters with the initial purchase, and be expandable as staffing increases. NO PROPOSALS ARE BEING REQUESTED AT THIS TIME. This request for information is being used as a marketing research tool to determine the availability and adequacy of potential small, small disadvantaged, 8(a), woman-owned, HUBZone, veteran and service-disabled small business concerns for the pending solicitation. Based on a review of the industry responses to this Sources Sought Synopsis, the Government will decide whether it is appropriate to offer the solicitation as a set-aside. The Government is not obligated to nor will pay for any information received from any potential sources as a result of this synopsis. The anticipated North American Industries Classification System (NAICS) code is 561621 and the small business size standard is $1.5 million. This is a Sources Sought Synopsis. There is no solicitation available at this time. Requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. Please submit a capabilities statement indicating your interest and ability to meet the aforementioned requirements. Please include the name and address of your firm, whether you are a large or small business, a point of contact with name, title, phone, fax, and e-mail; your ability experience and familiarity with the previously mentioned items. Any information submitted by respondents to this synopsis is strictly voluntary. The Government will not pay for any information that is submitted by respondents to this Sources Sought Synopsis.
