Description

The EPA Region 1 has a requirement to perform service and maintenance on the attached equipment list which was manufactured by Entech Insturements, Inc. of Simi Valley CA. Service shall consist of assisting EPA Technicians (with call back within two hours) diagnosing system errors related to hardware and software failures by phone/fax or e-mail within 24 hours of notification as directed to by EPA technicians. The EPA reserves the right to require an onsite visit by the vendors technician if the problem cannot be resolved by the remote communication process as identified above. Cost and delivery of replacement parts and or software are the vendors responsibility and will be sent via next day delivery service. Consumables are not included as replacement parts required for this acquisition. In addition to the service described above all equipment is required to have one (1) preventative maintenance visit on-site at the Region 1 laboratory in North Chelmsford, MA 01863. Please include all labor, travel and fees required for this preventitive maintenance visit in your quotation. The period of performance for this requirement is 10/01/2008 to 9/30/2009.
