- UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Seeks Leased Office Space Tampa, Florida (REVISED) The United States Government seeks to lease office space of approximately 9,085 Rentable Square Feet (RSF) yielding 7,900 ANSI/BOMA Office Area Square Feet (OASF) in Tampa, FL, within the following Delineated Area: South: Bay Center Drive to John F. Kennedy Blvd. to North Willow Ave. to 275. East: 275 at North Willow Avenue to 7th then East to North 50th Street, North to E. Broadway then East to N. Faulkenburg Rd., then North to Princess Palm Ave., and North to MLK Blvd. then West to 275 and North to Busch Blvd. (580) North: Busch Blvd. at 275 to Dale Mabry Hwy. to Linebaugh Ave. to Sheldon Rd. West: Sheldon Road at Memorial Hwy. to Independance Pkwy. to Eisenhower Blvd. to Memorial Hwy. to West Frontage Road to West Cypress Street to Executive Drive. The proposed lease term is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm. Contiguous space between the 3rd and 7th floors and on one floor is preferred; however, others may be considered. Space must be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious, professional surroundings with a prevalence of modern design and/or tasteful rehabilitation in modern use. All services, utilities and tenant improvements must be provided as part of the rental consideration. A minimum of 23 structured parking spaces must be located on site of the offered building. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than July 1, 2009. All expressions of interest by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence of authorization to represent the building’s ownership. Sub-leases are not acceptable.
