ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN THE SAME. RFP for NSN 6340-00-212-0735 SENSING ELEMENT, FIRE DETECTOR SYSTEM. Solicitation number SPM4L1-08-Q-1119, PR 17987993, in accordance with a Source Control item, Parker Hannifin Corporation Air & Fuel Division, cage code 3H889 under part number 7720058-101. Approved source: Meggitt Safety Systems, cage code 25693 under part number 3201-01-600-255-43. Acquisition of this part is restricted to source(s) specified on the source control drawing. Alternate offers will not be accepted. This is a commercial item. PRLI: 0001, for a quantity of 64 each with 100% quantity option atttached. Required delivery: 90 DARO. FOB-DESTINATION, INSPECTION & ACCEPTANCE-DESTINATION. This is being procured as full and open competition under 10 USC 2304Š(1). (FAR 6.302-1). All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. This procurement is unrestricted acquisition and will result in a Firm Fixed Price Contract (FFP). The stock locations are CONUS facilities.
