- The U.S. Army JM&L LCMC Picatinny on behalf of Project Manager Soldier Weaponshas a Requirement for 795 MK19 MOD 3 Grenade Machine Guns. It is theGovernments intent to award a Sole Source Modification to General DynamicsArmament and Technical Products, 128 Lakeside Avenue, Burlington, VT 05401under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no othersupplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This will be done as amodification to Contract W15QKN-05-C-0621. This is a notice of intent and nota request for competitive proposals.
