- PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project consists of removing the existing 7.8 ft culvert and replacing it with a 19 ft 10 in rise x 7 ft 8 in x 21.75 ft long aluminum structural plate open bottom box culvert, headwalls, wingwalls and all appurtenances. The project includes reconstructing approximately 3 stations (300 feet) of roadway, clearing and grubbing, excavation, roadway reconditioning, and temporary traffic control measures. PROJECT LOCATION: The Tottery Pole Creek Culvert Replacement is located on the Tottery Pole Creek Road, FSR 86 at mile post 3.0 from the intersection with Warwoman Road, approximately 20 miles east of Clayton, Rabun County, Georgia. ESTIMATE COST RANGE: between $100,000 and $250,000. This project is open to any size business. SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS, SPECIFICATIONS, AND DRAWINGS: The solicitation, AG-435H-S-08-0040 will be issued via FedBizOpps, as an Invitation for Bid and will be available for downloading on or about August 13, 2008 at the website address: http://www.fedbizopps.gov/ All vendors are required to be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) prior to award of a contract, http://www.ccr.gov/
