- Synopsis - Test Backflow Preventers Dyess Air Force Base is seeking Testing of Backflow Preventers services. This solicitation is set-aside for Total Small Business. If there is an after hour point of contact, please include in quote. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811310 and the small business size standard is 6.5 MIL. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) www.ccr.gov. All responsive offerors will be considered by the agency. The entire solicitation FA4661-08-T-0036 will be made available on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) Web Site at http://www.fbo.gov. The solicitation can be accessed by following the links on the FBO website to USAF Offices, Air Combat Command, 7 CONS. Paper copies will not be available. You may download the solicitation and fax your quote in. Once the solicitation is posted, on or about 1 Aug 08, it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents. All prospective offerors interested in submitting a quote must have a commercial and government entity code (CAGE Code). The cut off for receipt of quotes shall be no later than 2:00 PM (CST) on 11 Aug 08.
