Description
The National Institutes of Health (NIH) National Institute of Diabetes Digestive and Kidney Diseases (NIDDK) is conducting a market survey to determine the availability and technical capability of qualified small business, veteran-owned small business, service-disabled veteran-owned small business or HUBZone small businesses that can provide services to facilitate the production and dissemination of diabetes health education products for the Prima Indians. NIDDK needs administrative support to produce and disseminate these products in 2008/9. This requirement also includes the following services to be performed by the Contractor: 1)Assembling and mailing of packets of health education materials for health education outreach2)Oversight and administrative services relating to the transition, training and maintenance of a new NIDDK website3)Receiving and storing materials4)Developing and maintaining an inventory management control system5)Facilitating interaction among staff of NIDDK Bethesda, NIDDK Phoenix, and GRIC health care providers. Contractors must be located in a reasonable distance in order to easily travel to the NIH Campus in Phoenix, Arizona. The intended procurement will be classified under North American Industrial Classification (NAICS) code 541690 with a size standard of $6.5M. All respondents are requested to identify their firms size and type of business. Interested firms responding to this market survey must provide (a) capability statement demonstrating their experience, skills and capability to fulfill the Governments requirements for the above. The capability statement shall be in sufficient enough detail, but not to exceed 15 pages, so that the Government can determine the experience and capability of your firm to provide the requirements above. Your capability statement, not to exceed 15 pages, should include references. A copy of the capability statement must be received at the address identified in this synopsis by no later than days prior to close of business (5:00 P.M. local time at designated location) on August 11, 2008. Responses by fax or e-mail WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. This synopsis is for information and planning purposes and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, nor will the Government pay for information solicited.
