- The purpose of amendment 0003 is to make the following changes to the combined synopsis/solicitation W52H09-08-T-0461, ISO Registration Audits. 1. Statement of Work (Attachment 002) Delete: 3.5. The contractor and/or sub-contractor shall have and maintain accreditation from the Registration Accreditation Board (RAB) to perform certification audits and certify to the ISO standards for the duration of this contract. Replace with: 3.5. The contractor and/or sub-contractor shall have and maintain accreditation from the ANSI-ASQ National Accreditation Board (ANAB) to perform certification audits and certify to the ISO standards for the duration of this contract.
