- The National Institutes of Health (NIH) National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism (NIAAA) has a requirement to purchase a 3 Module Mouse Innorack, with blowers; Innocage IVC Mouse (Top and Bottom); Innocage Mouse (Bottom Only); Feeder Extended Use Metal Hybrid; Aquavive Mouse (Water Bottle and Cap) and Cage Card Holders (top Loading) from Innovive, 8262 Clairemount Mesa Blvd, San Diego, CA 92111. All responsible businesses that are capable of providing the Government with the equipment listed above may request a copy of the Request for Quote (RFQ) in writing or by FAX to 301-480-8501 to the Contracting Office prior to the closing date of this notice. It is anticipated that RFQ NIHDK2008100 will be available fifteen (15) days after the publication date of this synopsis. Receipt of quotations will be due ten (7) days after the release of the RFQ. Request for copies of the RFQ must be submitted to the National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases, 6707 Democracy Boulevard, Two Democracy Plaza, Room 775, Bethesda, MD 20817 or via email: griffinv@mail.nih.gov to the Attention: V. Lynn Griffin. FAX quotations must contain offerors name, address, telephone number and fax number. FAX quotations will be accepted if dated and signed by an authorized company representative. All requests for quotations must have a valid email address.
