- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. RMN00080110 herein is cited as a Quote. The commercial items policies of FAR Part 12 will be used. Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-26. NAICS Code: 423390, (Description): The contractor shall provide fencing materials needed for Western Navajo Agency, Branch of Natural Resources to repair and re-install approximately 121 miles of exterior boundary fencing for District No. 3 and 5. Fencing Materials will be delivered to BIA, Branch of Natural Resources, Western Navajo Agency, Federal Building 407, Highway 160 & Warrior Drive, Tuba City, Arizona, 86045. 1. 12.5 Gauge Barbwire - Commercial 2-Point Domestic 1,452 Rolls at $___________; 2. 6 Foot Steel T-Posts - Standard 1.25 39,446 each at $__________; 3. 42" Fence Stays - BDL 100 79,860 each at $___________; 4. PVC Pipe Schedule 40 - 1.5" x 20' Bell 2,863 each at $___________; 5. 2-1/2" x 2-1/2" x 6'9" Upright 484 each at $__________; 6. 2" x 2" x 6'9" Angle Brace 968 each at $__________; 7. 12.5 Gauge Smooth Wire 484 Rolls at $__________; 8. Delivery at $__________. Total Cost shall include all applicable taxes and delivery charges.
