QSDACEA-Y8-08-7201-N REQUIREMENTS CONTRACT FOR FSC CLASS 72 NATIONAL STOCK NUMBER (NSN) 7240-00-634-0133, Waste Receptacle w/cloth liner PERIOD: Date of award through one-year thereafter with 4 one-year option periods to extend the term of the contract. ANY INFORMATION THAT MAY BE DESIRED ON THIS PARTICULAR SOLICITATION CAN BE OBTAINED FROM THE ISSUING OFFICE ADDRESS SHOWN HEREIN. CP-FSS-2SIGNIFICANT CHANGES (OCT 1988) The attention of offeror is invited to the following changes made since the issuance of the last solicitation for the supplies/services covered herein: 1. Offerors are directed to Clause 52.212-1 – Instructions to Offerors – Commercial Items herein, with addendum, for instructions on technical data required with submission of offer. Offerors are cautioned to carefully review the entire solicitation. Offerors are strongly urged to use two-sided copying of offers for submission to GSA. 2. Offers shall be submitted on the Standard From 1449. Offer shall include all subsequent pages following this form. Sign and date the offer. Offerors that fail to furnish required representations and technical information, or reject the terms and conditions of the solicitation, may be excluded from consideration. 3. In accordance with FAR 25.502(b)(3), if there are no offers of US-made or designated country end products, the Contracting Officer may consider products from non-designated countries.
