Description
Questions and Answers 08-04-2008 RFQ No. 1300108443 Question No. 1 - When the 2 systems are put together, is it expected or required that all 96 channels operate at the maximum 200 kilosamples/sec sample rate and be required to store all the time data at that rate and if so, for how long? Answer: Yes, it is required that all 96 channels be capable of recording (and stored) at 200ks/sec (simultaneously) for a minimum of 1 hour. Paragraph 2.e.ii states that system #1 "Shall transfer at a rate to internally store a minimum of 200k samples/sec for at least 5 hours continuous with up to 64 channels being recorded simultaneously". Paragraph 10.e.ii states the same specs for system #2. Question No 2 - What type of signals are expected for the high voltage inputs (e.g.frequency content)? Answer: DC signals and AC signals with fundamental frequencies nominally at 60hz, 400hz - up to the 50th harmonic. Question No. 3 –Please clarify what is meant by direct current Answer: direct current = DC. Question No. 4 What type of signals will be offered for the frequency-to-voltage modules? Answer: Signals could range from RPM transducers to voltage sensing Question No. 5 – When is expected delivery needed? Answer: A.S.A.P. RFQ 1300108443 IS EXTENDED TO 5 AUGUST 2008
