- VA VISN 22 Network Logistics Office intends to negotiate a commercial (FAR Part 12) sole source contract with Advanced Medical Technologies, Blue Phantom 6200 111th Avenue NE, Kirkland, Washington 98033-7743, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-26. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. A justification for other than full and open competition has been prepared in support of this acquisition. This procurement is to obtain the Intrauterine Pregnancy Endovaginal UltraSound Training Model, Ectopic Pregnancy Endovaginal Ultrasound training Model, General Pathology Pelvic Model, Amniocentesis Ultrasound Training Model, user and service manuals, on site training with a one year service warranty for parts and labor for the Naval Medical Center, Dock 1 34800 Bob Wilson Drive, San Diego, CA 92134. The Government intends to award a firm, fixed price contract for a one time purchase. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability. All inquiries received by the Government by 3:00 P.M. Pacific Daylight Time, August 14, 2008, will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Inquiries will only be accepted in writing by mail.
