- Solicitation N00421-133108320 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This action is set aside for small business. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with StacoSwitch Inc, for the part numbers listed below, under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1. The contract line item numbers and descriptions are **CLIN 0001 Quantity 46 ea P/N 910122 Switch Subassy, **CLIN 0002 Quantity 13 ea P/N 910112 Switch Subassy, **CLIN 0003 Quantity 12 ea, Push Button Subassy, **CLIN 0004 Quantity 44 ea Switch Subassy, Award is expected 29 Aug 2008. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received by 19 Aug 2008 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for any information received.
