Description

The U.S. Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Acquisition and Grants Office (AGO) is issuing this Request for Quote (RFQ) to solicit industry partners for additional information regarding sources of space-based Earth and space weather observation requirements. This RFQ is associated with the Market Survey / Request for Information released on December 20, 2007. NOAA is requesting RFI respondents provide a detailed study so the Agency may assess the technical and price feasibility of observation requirements. This RFQ is not limited to the initial RFI respondents; it is open to all interested parties. See attachment for full details.
