The U.S. Geological Survey has a requirement for Architect and Engineer Consulting Services to perform feasibility study and develop a Business Case Analysis to consider consolidation of USGS organizations on the USGS National Wildlife Health Center in Madison, WI to be delivered to Reston, VA by 01/12/2009.
