Item is Critical Application and Configuration Control Applies. A Government First Article Test is required on a sample size of 2 units. A complete Technical Data package will be available upon the solicitation issue date. Purchase Request is intended to be awarded as an Indefinite Quantity Contract with an estimated annual demand of 96 pieces (See solicitation for additional details); Origin inspection; FOB Destination to Stock Location; Requested Delivery is 208 days ARO; Electronic Offers are not acceptable. Offerors must submit a completed solicitation package. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the issue date cited in the RFP.
