- Description
- Canyonlands (CANY) National Park, Moab, Grand County, UT 84532. Upgrade existing Nortel Option 11C to Nortel Communications Server 1000E. Hardware component upgrades will be required at Canyonlands (CANY) HQ and Arches Visitor Center. Proposal will include all necessary hardware, engineering, installation, and training, plus 1-year maintenance agreement. Maintenance agreement covers all parts, labor & monthly preventative maintenance. This will replace an obsolete Nortel Option 11C PBX phone switch (CANY) and remote shelf (ARCH). CANY's existing inventory of digital/analog line cards and phone sets are compatible with the proposed Nortel 1000E upgrades. Upgrade is to provide expanded voice mail services, new phone sets, and will support future expansion to VoIP services. This procurement is both a supply and service procurement. The Service Contract Act applies to installation, and the maintenance portions of the procurement. Contractors who have not completed their annual representations and certifications will be required to submit their representations and certifications along with their proposals (see Attachment I) This solicitation will be available at http://ideasec.nbc.gov on or about August 8, 2008, PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED AND TELEPHONE REQUESTS OR FAX REQUESTS FOR THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. Solicitation Number N1341080004. NAICS code 517110, with the small business standard of 1500 employees. This is a Best Value procurement and will use a comparative evaluation of proposals based on price, past performance and technical qualifications. The anticipated award date is on or about September 5, 2008. Responses from offerors will be accepted at the address listed in the solicitation in hard copy until the due date and time specified in the Solicitation, with the manual signature of the authorized company official.
